9.0It was self contained. Full kitchen. Pleasant surroundings and very nice walks nearby. Very easy, flat walk to centre of Merimbula

7.0The easy access to the beach and lake. Easy walking distance to the main street. The friendly staff making sure we had clean towels and sheets.
− The bed unfortunately needed upgrading it sagged on both sides making it hard to sleep without rolling out of bed. We used pillows under the mattress to take the sagging out and the staff were made aware.
