− Le jour même on a reçu un message pour nous informer que l’on aurait pas le studio réservé mais soi-disant suite. On s’est retrouvé dans un espèce de « Lupanar / Love Room » avec une odeur odeur insoutenable d’humidité / moisi qui nous a clairement empêché de dormir. De l’eau marron coulait des robinets. Le lit n’était pas confortable et n’avait pas de protection de matelas. Le remboursement ou le geste commercial a été refusé par le gérant que nous n’avons d’ailleurs jamais vu…. Il se cache derrière ses SMS.

− We had a small mix up with the key box numbers which was unfortumate as it was raining hard. We rang the host and he gave us the correct number.

− I booked for 4 people (not couples) and there were 2 doubles and a sofa bed. I was hoping to use all 3 beds, but there was no bedding for the sofa bed.
