4.0La amabilidad de los que atienden. La cabaña en la que estuvimos era amplia para nuestro grupo familiar. Las sabanas y toallas estaban limpias.
− El lugar está poco mantenido, tanto el exterior como las cabañas. Un baño no se podía usar porque rebalsa el desagüe y se inunda. El agua varía la presión, entonces te quedas o sale helada el agua al bañarte. Cocina poco equipada. La cabaña tiene mucho olor a humedad.

− El internet no era bueno, yo particularmente no tenía buena señal de mi línea de teléfono.
Hermoso entorno. Instalaciones mal mantenidas.
7.0El jardín y el entorno.
− Muchas fallas por falta de mantenimiento. Puertas que no cierran o cierran mal, olor a gas, microondas sin funcionar, colchas con telarañas, Internet muy lento, calefactores muy viejos lentos para calentar.

4.0− Lamentablemente tuvimos que irnos con un sabor amargo ya que la trabajadora de turno, nos quiso cobrar extra por una toalla sucia. Siendo que solo llegamos para dormir e irnos la mañana siguiente. Nos quedamos encerrados varias veces en los dos baños. Una puerta de la cocina se caía cada vez que la abrías. Falta bastante mantenimiento en el lugar.
