− Las instalaciones en mal estado varias cosas toallero, puertas entrada y baño t, tv no tenía señal, azulejos en la terraza quebrados varios , regadera poca presión de agua, gatos en la propiedad
Sadly a terrible place to stay.
2.0The Lady in charge was very sweet and friendly and the location was great.
− The place was filthy, way beyond dirty. I paid extra for a two bedroom apartment, they don't even have two bedroom places. I ended up sharing a bed with my daughter because the only room with air conditioning was the bedroom. There was old chewed gum on the other bed frame in the hall to the back patio. The furniture was falling apart and invested with ants. We ended up buying spray for the ants and cockroaches in the room. The sheets had holes. the kitchen equipment was so old and nasty it couldn't be used. No outside lights at night on a three story stairway accessible to the public. It was very unsafe, thank god I packed a small flashlight. I'm sure at one time this was a nice place but not anymore. Rusted non working fans, broken tile, foundation issues on the patios. I will never stay there again and have told others I know not to stay there.

9.0La ubicación es excelente todo te queda cerca caminando, es amplio y tiene una vista maravillosa, me emcanto y claro que volvería a reservar
− Supuestamente tenia internet pero los dias que estuve ahí nunca hubo internet, si esta el módem y esta encendido pero la recepcion era mala, y nunca pude utilizarlo

We came to Zihuatanejo for the international guitar festival and had a wonderful time
8.0Location, location,location close enough to town and far enough away. Staff was great, when we needed something it was taken care off. Never saw them come or go but the place was cleaned daily. When we asked if we could check in early and stay late,, no a problem.
− It is rustic compared to newer places, WiFi would have been nice
