We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well maintained throughout our visit. The breakfast had a fairly simple selection, but everything was fresh, tasty, and enough to leave you satisfied each morning. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax. The location was also excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it very convenient. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we had questions. A special thank you to the young woman at the reception on the first day, who was especially kind, professional, and helpful during our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the cleanliness, location, and the service provided by most of the staff.

− Overall, I had a good stay, but unfortunately one staff member in reception, Olga, significantly affected my experience. When I wanted to extend my stay by a few nights, she immediately brushed me off, saying she was stressed and about to finish her shift. However, she remained at work for several more hours. A professional approach would have been to politely ask me to come back later if she was busy, rather than dismissing me. I found her attitude very unprofessional and dismissive. The following day, while we were standing at the reception because it was raining, she offered umbrellas to two other guests but completely ignored us, even though we were standing right there. We found this very disappointing and disrespectful. It felt like we were being treated differently for no reason. When I politely brought up how her behavior made us feel, instead of listening, she responded with, “What’s wrong with you?” and pointed out that there were cameras. She seemed unable to accept constructive feedback and became defensive immediately. The hotel itself was nice, and I would have considered staying here again. Unfortunately, Olga’s attitude and lack of professionalism left a negative impression and took away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The best choice: a small, modern, and luxurious hotel. It looks exactly like the photos. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything was clean, and we really appreciated that the towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day. Despite being in a very central location, the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast didn’t offer a huge variety, but everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back! The most wonderful vacation we’ve ever had!
