9.0La posizione della villa, praticamente in riva al mare. La posizione della struttura, vicino all' aeroporto ma non a ridosso, e nelle immediate vicinanze di un paesino carino.
− La struttura ha ampi margini di miglioramento, tutto sembra un po' troppo usurato o malandato. La colazione è varia ma solo sufficiente per qualità
