6.0Locatie was mij wel bekend, het is niet bepaald het mooiste of netste deel van Berlijn. Als je ermee kan dealen is het een prima plek als uitvals basis. Eigen keukentje ook handig, hoef je niet elke keer naar een restaurant. Spar supermarktje om de hoek. Bed was ok, al zijn de hoofdkussens onwennig groot.
− Communicatie blijft daar een dingetje. Hoewel geadverteerd wordt met eigen parkeer garage (hebben we vorige 4 keer ook dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt) was deze nu opeens niet beschikbaar vanwege verbouwing. Dit was in eerste instantie wel toegezegd. Dit is best wel een issue in Berlijn met de huidige parkeer tarieven. Ook de afstandsbediening van de TV was niet aanwezig. Geen ramp, maar na melding was er ook niemand om dit probleem tijdens ons verblijf (2 dagen) op te lossen. Er is geen bemenste receptie ter plaatse. Ook de 250E borg blijft best wel lang (tot max 14 dagen) op de credit card gereserveerd staan.

1.0− The rooms had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Getting in touch with customer support took a long time, and communication was fragmented across several channels and multiple languages, with no resolution. I was offered three options: wait a day for clean towels and sheets; move to another location, with no transportation provided, then check out the next morning and return to check in again, wasting even more time; or arrange a cancellation through Booking.com myself. I would expect the property to communicate directly with Booking.com rather than make guests wait another 20 minutes to reach someone at live costumer support. During the refund process, they claimed their records showed that I had stayed at the property, even though I had written confirmation that I had not. The refund took around two weeks. Overall, the service and the entire experience were a nightmare.
