9.0Dejlig placering, tæt til den gamle by, vandet og handlemuligheder. Gode parkeringsforhold og dejlig rolig pool med fin plads.

10.0Store værelser og altaner. Muligt at få skygge på altan uanset tidspunkt på dagen ved markise. Generelt rent og pænt. Poolområde rent og tilstrækkeligt med solsenge. Selvom det lå tæt på byen, var der ingen støj. Mulighed for at bruge vaskemaskine. Behageligt og venligt personale. Overdækket parkering - perfekt.
− Et muligt løft til et fantastisk sted kunne være etablering af en type 2 lader (11 kW) - gerne mod betaling af forbrug.
