− 지하 주차장 이용이 안되는점이 아쉽습니다. 짐이 많은 고객은 불편할것 같습니다.

6.0.숙소의 위치는 청초호반 있어 비교적 좋음.
− .숙소가 자체 건물이 있지 않고 썬라이즈 호텔 건물에 있으며, 숙소 주인이 숙소를 따로 관리하는 것이라고 함(썬라이즈 얘기). .청결상태가 다소 불량해 보이고, 슬리퍼도 낡아 일부가 손상이 되어 있어 신고 싶은 생각이 나지 않음. .특히 화장실 내부의 샤워공간의 일부가 트여 있어 샤워 시 물이 화장실 쪽으로 튀고, 흘러나가 매우 신경이 쓰였음. .간단한 티 테이블이나 의자도 없어 매우 불편함. 원래 원룸시설이었는지 붙박이 장이 공간을 많이 차지하여 그 결과 단순 이용자에게는 공간이 작음.(3인실) .청초호 방향의 6층에 머물렀었는데 앞 건물들의 옥상에 지저분한 설비가 너무 두드러져 호수조망에 메리트가 없었음. .간단한 취사시설이 있으나 사용할 수 없다고 함.
