Great for a quick get away but some things can be improved

I like the value and the space that the location offered, especially for a quick getaway. There were little disturbances from the neighbours and the view out of the windows were nice and calming.
− One of the room had an air-conditioner that did not work. It was working but it was not cold. The bathrooms had a foul smell coming from the gutters (presumably why they placed urinal screens on top of the drains). The parquet flooring was also uneven due to the moisture near the bathroom, hence times, my children tripped over the uneven flooring. The central air-conditioning ducts were weeping and dripping on the dining tables. I was staying at 2105
