5.0Na plus z pewnością zasługuje lokalizacja, przestrzeń oraz układ apartamentu. Jest dwupoziomowy, bardzo przestronny, z dużym tarasem. Dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny było wystarczająco dużo miejsca i każdy miał swoją prywatną przestrzeń.
− Apartament ma duży potencjał, który niestety został zmarnowany przez bardzo niski standard utrzymania i obsługi, zupełnie nieadekwatny do ceny przekraczającej 1000 zł za dobę. Apartament nie był dokładnie posprzątany. Zastaliśmy nierozpakowaną zmywarkę z naczyniami po poprzednich gościach, stare frytki pod piekarnikiem, brudne kosze na śmieci oraz stare, szare i postrzępione ręczniki. Ogólne wrażenie było takie, że apartament został przygotowany bardzo pobieżnie. Przy cenie przekraczającej 1000 zł za dobę taki standard jest po prostu nie do zaakceptowania. Do tego dochodziły opłaty za parking (40 zł za dobę) oraz bardzo wysoka opłata za pobyt psów – 75 zł za dobę za każdego psa. Nawet kawa w lobby była dodatkowo płatna… Przy kilku nocach oznaczało to dodatkowe kilkaset złotych, co przy tak słabym standardzie apartamentu było wyjątkowo trudne do zaakceptowania. Przy wymeldowaniu przekazałam właścicielowi wszystkie uwagi. Nie zaproponowano nam żadnej rekompensaty ani nawet symbolicznego gestu za niedogodności, mimo że problemy dotyczyły podstawowych kwestii związanych z czystością. Mam poczucie, że jest to miejsce z potencjałem, ale obecnie sprawia wrażenie nastawionego przede wszystkim na maksymalizację zysku, a nie na zapewnienie gościom standardu odpowiadającego cenie.
