Wonderful relaxing stay in a superb location
9.0The villa is located in the most amazing location. Right by lovely Lake Orta and a delightful 7 min walk along the lake to the gorgeous Orta San Guilio. With direct access to the lake for swimming it is the perfect base for relaxing and exploring the area
− This is not high end designed accommodation. It is a bit tired in decor and no AC. We kept the windows open in the evening and despite a heat wave we were fine. The host explained to us that due to restrictions on property development in the area they haven’t been able to install AC. Fans are available in the bedrooms.

− Beach access was not for free. This was not advertised on booking, and only came as a surprise afterwards. I managed to come to an arrangement with the management, but I think this would need more clarity and openness in the description.

7.0Prachtig uitzicht, een ruim appartement met 2 badkamers.
− Geen airconditioning, en het was 35 graden dus was erg warm in het gehele appartement. En helaas geen koffie apparaat.
Un bel emplacement au calme
7.0Très bel emplacement juste avant l’entrée du village de San Giulio d’Orta. Appartement spacieux et très calme avec une petite vue sur le Lac du premier étage où nous dormions
− Accueil téléphonique des plus froids. L’appartement est équipé du strict minimum. Problème pour accéder à l’appartement qui est juste à côté d’un autre avec une seule entrée pour les deux… pas de machine à café , produits douche très bas de gamme , literie confortable sans plus
