Piccolo ma confortevole bilocale dotato di tutto il necessario compreso aria condizionata (indispensabile in questi giorni infuocati) e bella terrazza dotata di grande amaca matrimoniale su cui rimirar le stelle del cielo sardo e di tavolo esterno per cene all'aperto. Raggiungibile in ciabatte in pochi minuti spiaggia sabbiosa molto carina e non particolarmente affollata. Contesto residenziale tranquillo e vicini educati hanno favorito dormite importanti. Grazie a Paolo, ospite giovane, discreto ed in gamba che ha risolto i piccoli inconvenienti in un batter d'occhio.

What did I like? Good question- I must say Paolo, the young man who helps the agency was extremely punctual, professional and available. Apart from that, not much; maybe the proximity to Olbia's port (as this was our last 3-day leg of the 2 week holiday in Sardinia)- You are in Sardinia, so there are beautiful beaches, "calette" and other beautiful things to see nearby. But that has absolutely nothing to do with the property. In fact, having stayed at 3 other properties during our family vacation, and given the cost, I was disappointed and would not go back.

− My main disappointment is the beehive-style of apartments with no privacy whatsoever. To me, it felt like the classic "mass tourism" structure aimed at maximizing profit. If you go on the balcony, you will be having breakfast, lunch, or dinner with your neighbors, who are literally less than 2 meters away. Some might be ok with this, personally, I am not. The apartment felt aseptic, with no personality. The kitchen was not well equipped, with 1 pan (wok-style), one pot to boil water for pasta and a smaller one for other things. I would strongly suggest adding a couple of pans, some pot rests, some pot holders a chopping board, some scissors... The oven (which we tried using due to the one-pan limit), took 1 h to reach 175C, then we gave up. Come on, people of the Agency, do you use these things at home, or do you cook one thing at a time? Do you pick up pans with bear-hands? It would take very little effort to improve it. Parking is not guaranteed, meaning there are a few places for many apartments... The "fourth" and "fifth" beaches are extremely close (3-400 meters). However, despite the sea being the usual Sardinian beauty, when we visited these beaches (mid-july 26), they were proper "seal colonies", with very little public beach available and with 30cm distance between beach towels. Again, this is a personal consideration; I don't go to Sardinia to have to listen to the farts and burps of the families lying 30cm away from me. In fact, we only went once and then explored less busy, more secluded, and even more beautiful places nearby.

L’appartement était parfait ! Il y a une grande terrasse avec une table à manger et encore un étage supérieur pour avoir une meilleure vue. Il y a deux chambres dont une avec salle de bain intégré. Une autre salle de bain est dispo. Le salon est assez grand avec une cuisine équipée. On a manqué de rien, il y a une petite supérette à proximité et la plage est à 5min. L’emplacement est idéal mais il est préférable d’avoir une voiture pour visiter les alentours

We spent eight wonderful days at this comfortable property with my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Paolo for his outstanding hospitality. He is an exceptionally friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented host who genuinely cares about his guests. His kindness and willingness to assist with every request made our holiday even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, within a short walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach and a large supermarket. It is also a perfect base for exploring the stunning beaches and attractions of northeastern Sardinia. Spiaggia Bianca is only an 8-minute drive away, while the centre of Golfo Aranci can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning, washing machine, TV, and satellite system were all modern and worked perfectly. We were also pleased to find that almost every apartment provides a beach umbrella for guests to use, which is a thoughtful touch. Although the windows do not have insect screens, this was not an issue at all during our stay, as we hardly encountered any insects. Parking was easy, both within the property and on the surrounding streets, and the neighbourhood felt very safe and peaceful, with mostly family homes nearby. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay while exploring the beautiful northeast coast of Sardinia.
