I would go back anytime.
9.0The property is extremely nice. Suuuuper clean. Pool is nice. Close to Hermosa beach - ( you need a car still) - 20 min walk otherwise. You dont even need to go into Santa Teresa( which is packed - the city i mean). There are a couple very cool coffee/food places. Price wise, we got a good rate from booking compared to their website price.

10.0Exceptional high quality apartment with great swimming pool. Kristen was super helpful and proactive in making my stay comfortable and giving advice or offering support where needed. I travel very often and this place is one of the best I've stayed in. Close to Santa Theresa, but still quiet and with excellent views. I will definitely go back!
