10.0Andrea is a friendly and helpful host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, cozy, and surrounded by an olive grove, with a nice pool that's perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There are shops nearby, and the location is ideal for exploring both Umbria and Toscania. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you:)
