10.0LA POSIZIONE E LA PULIZIA
Freundliche Betreuung, deutliche Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit
7.0Wir hatten insgesamt einen gemischten Eindruck von der Unterkunft. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die unglaublich freundliche und engagierte Vermieterin. Sie war jederzeit schnell erreichbar, sehr flexibel und hat sich wirklich bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir unser Gepäck bereits vor dem offiziellen Check-in im Zimmer abstellen konnten, da wir früh angereist sind und das Office etwas entfernt lag. Außerdem wurden wir sogar mit einem Upgrade überrascht und durften für unsere gebuchte Nacht ein Familienzimmer nutzen sowie den Pool mitbenutzen – eine wirklich schöne Geste. Auch der persönliche Empfang inklusive kurzer Zimmerführung sowie die Organisation eines Shuttles für unsere sehr frühe Abreise zum Flughafen waren top. Der Außenbereich der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend, und die durchgehende Security vor Ort hat zusätzlich für ein sicheres Gefühl gesorgt.
− Leider gab es aber auch deutliche Kritikpunkte in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit. Trotz angeblichem Cleaning war das Zimmer nicht in einem zufriedenstellenden Zustand. Die Couch war stark fleckig, teilweise waren Bezüge beschädigt, und das Badezimmer wies deutliche Schimmelspuren auf. Zudem haben wir mehrere Silberfische entdeckt, und in den Ecken war erkennbar, dass nicht gründlich gereinigt wird. Auch ein muffiger Geruch im Zimmer hat den Gesamteindruck negativ beeinflusst. Insgesamt überzeugt die Unterkunft durch Service und Herzlichkeit, hat aber beim Thema Hygiene deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial.
