9.0الشقق حديثه ونظيفه وكل الخدمات متوفره ومكانها ممتاز وقريب من تلفريك وزحاليق وملاهي اطفال. الهدوء والطبيعة ممتازه. والسكان اغلبهم سياح اجانب وعائلي بامتياز.
− يمكن مشكلته ان المطاعم محدوده وغاليه، كذلك عدم وجود تكييف او مراوح داخل الشقه ايام الحر متعب شوي .

10.0الشقة ممتازه وكبيره خذنا الشقه لعدد 11 شخص كانت في الطابق الاول شقة 2وووايد حلوه وفيها بلكونه ع الشارع تجنن
