10.0Meravigliosa dimora con giardino e piscina, un'oasi di pace. Il nostro appartamento era bellissimo e il personale é stato molto gentile e disponibile.

6.0Samotné ubytování bylo krásné a pohodlné. Skvělá poloha — v docházkové vzdálenosti obchod i centrum městečka, k jezeru Lago di Garda to bylo asi 20 minut chůze. Ubytování má krásnou, udržovanou zahradu s bazénem — vše v pořádku a čisté.
− Problém nebyl v samotném ubytování, ale v komunikaci s ubytovatelem před příjezdem. Nad rámec už zaplacené ceny jsme byli vyzváni uhradit vratnou zálohu 200 EUR a dalších cca 60 EUR za lůžkoviny a turistickou daň. Turistická daň je v pořádku, tu chápeme. A tyto platby byly podmiňovány poskytnutím instrukcí a kódů pro přístup do ubytování. Problém byl i způsob platby: byla požadována přes WhatsApp zprávy — přesně to, před čím Booking sám ve svých upozorněních varuje. I přes kontaktování podpory Bookingu se situace neřešila a fakticky jsme byli pod tlakem (abychom se vůbec dostali do apartmánu) donuceni k postupu, který jsme následně konzultovali s právníky jako nelegální.

10.0Very beautiful residence with attention to detail, well kept, and clean. The pool area is fantastic, both pool, the surrounding area, and the greenest view. On top, we were extremely lucky to have a Sunday morning alone!
− There’s no toilet or changing room at the pool area, it becomes challenging if you’re booking only 1 night (weekend trip) and you need to checkout at 10am. We were allowed to stay until 12pm at the pool though.
