10.0Eine schlichte, saubere und mit Herz geführte Unterkunft. Alles tip top sauber. Direkt am Meer, nahe von vielen Tavernen und wer mag kann die Nacht in einer der verschiedenen Bar‘s verbringen. Der Sandstrand ist flachabfallend mit glasklarem Meer. Eine tolle Bar beim Hotelpool bietet diverse Speisen und Getränken zu guten Preisen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

10.0Everything was perfect — the apartment, the location, and the service. The beautiful and comfortable pool with a pool bar was amazing, and right in front of it there was a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas! The people working there are incredibly friendly and make the whole atmosphere a 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️

10.0Everything - the location and staff were wonderful, the beach is great, and it is within walking distance from the main street in Malia
− The only downside of the room with sea view was that the sun was bright in the morning and the curtains did not fully block the light, but this is a small price to pay for the absolutely stunning view from the balcony

10.0Het was een perfecte ligging, alles was schoon, personeel was heel aardig en interactief, met als kers op de taart natuurlijk mrs. Loula. Ze was zo lief, fijn, en ook een zelfaangeleerde cupido ;). Al met al, ontzettend genoten van onze korte maar zeer krachtige vakantie!

10.0This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Everything was absolutely perfect. Our room was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes every day, and the cocktails were fantastic. The hotel is located right on a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The sunbeds were very comfortable, and there were always plenty available, no matter what time of day. The swimming pool was also beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. However, the greatest treasure of this hotel is its staff. We have never met such kind, warm, friendly, and genuinely caring people anywhere else. They made our holiday truly unforgettable. A very special thank you to Lula, who is the heart and soul of this hotel. She is an incredible person—funny, caring, full of positive energy, and she made everyone smile every single day. She created such a wonderful atmosphere that we felt at home from the very first moment. We would also like to thank our amazing waitress Maria, who looked after us every day with the biggest smile. She was always kind, professional, cheerful, and simply wonderful. We also want to thank the two male waiters. They were equally fantastic, friendly, funny, and always made us feel welcome. Every single member of the staff deserves recognition. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made this holiday truly special. We highly recommend this hotel from the bottom of our hearts, and we will definitely come back!
