6.0No curtains in the apartment in living room or bedrooms so completely exposed. Breakfast was a farce, they included drinks and told us to go next door to the bakery for food with coupons, and the bakery had been shut since the week before we arrived. So no food despite it being included: the apartment was quiet and clean. We had to chase 3 times to get the instructions to enter and the key which arrived the day we are arrived. Average stay.

4.0Communication on a Sunday is impossible. Even Expedia could not get ahold of them. After hours on the phone with Expedia I was accused of hiding behind my texts instead of going to their office in a totally different town! Picture of courtyard is misleading, there is a tree growing in the steps down.

2.0Door lock almost unusable, very poor communication with city affaire, not available at all on Sunday, asked 4 times for Wi-Fi info and still no answer, pictures misleading, entry scary, railing on balcony not secure etc
Central, but smeally
6.0Nice apartment wery central. easy to access. Great communication. But the toilet stank from the sewage and it stank in the whole apartment.

8.0The lockbox/key information was not shared with us prior to the stay and Expedia did not have a correct number listed for the property. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3/story building, no elevator. The apartment is fully renovated, spacious, overlooking the main shopping street in the living room and facing a quiet courtyard, overlooking beautiful roofs and with a view of the old cathedral’s towers. Do make sure to get contacted before your visit, otherwise you may get stranded.
