6.0The hotel is very new, in a great location, and the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
− Unfortunately, the hotel has some design flaws that significantly affected our stay. We were assigned one of the three rooms behind a shared entrance door at the end of the hallway. That shared door opens and closes constantly, and it slams loudly every time, making it difficult to rest. It’s a very poor layout for guests staying in those rooms. Another major issue was the curtains. Both windows only had sheer curtains like the ones shown in the photo, with no blackout or privacy curtains. At night, the room was completely visible from outside, leaving us with virtually no privacy. These are fundamental design problems that unfortunately outweighed the hotel’s many positives. It’s a real shame, because otherwise this could have been an excellent stay.

10.0很適合全家旅遊的雙套房形式,其中一間套房擁有廚房、客廳與洗衣設備等,入住兩三天以上的家庭推薦入住。夏天抵達的話雖然不會使用鄰近的滑雪場,但開車往附近景點並不遠,走路(或開車)也能到飯店附近的餐廳用餐。是美瑛、富良野與旭川等景點可考慮入住的中繼站。

10.0מלון חדיש מותאם לגולשי סקי וממוקם נפלא. הינו בקיץ והוא היה מלא. החדרים מקסימים , מרווחים מאד ומעוצבים יפה. אנשי צוות הקבלה דוברי אנגלית נעימים ועוזרים בכל הנדרש. יש מכונת כביסה ומיבש בחדר מיועד לכך , בחינם.
− כשחזרנו מארוחת ערב במסעדה בעיר , לא היו מקומות חניה בקרבת המלון ונאלצנו להחנות במגרש קצת יותר מרוחק , זו לא בעיה גדולה, רק שהיה ממש חשוך שם.
Perfect for an Overnight Stay While Exploring Biei and Furano
8.0Overall, Fenix West was the perfect place for a one-night stay while visiting Biei and Farm Tomita. Since we were traveling with elderly parents, making the trip in a single day would have been too exhausting. Staying here allowed us to rest comfortably before continuing our journey. There aren't many dining options nearby, so we had sukiyaki at Fenix Furano. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the quality was excellent. It was definitely on the expensive side, but considering the limited dining choices in the area, we were very satisfied with the meal. The following morning, we enjoyed a light brunch at the café on the ground floor. The coffee was excellent, and the sandwiches were delicious as well. If you're planning to visit Biei and Furano, this is an ideal hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Staff are very friendly and they welcome us back whenever we walked past the reception. Excellent English and easy check
