− Le réception a été fermé tous les jours où elle devait être ouverte et ouverte la journée où elle devait être fermé!
Calme et reposant
7.0Calme, situation même si un peu éloigné de la ville, propreté , facilités , boulangerie pas loin.
− La cuisine et la salle de bain devraient être rénovés rapidement. Vieillot et usagé. Les séparations entre terrasses , avec des mini haies , ne sont pas top.

8.0Nous avons apprécié : le calme, la proximité de la plage, l'esthétique du logement (2e étage, mansardé, côté golf).
− Comme lu dans des avis, la literie de mauvaise qualité ( lit et canapé lit) ainsi que le manque d'isolation acoustique entre logements. Si les voisins raclent une chaise sur le sol à minuit, vous l'entendez.

− La propreté: c’était assez sale le ménage ne doit pas être fait entre chaque location et on sent que le bâtiment est vétuste une grosse rénovation serait à prévoir
