Excelente!
10.0Foi uma excelente estadia. Muito conforto, muito limpo, ótimo banheiro. Apartamento bem iluminado. Todo o ambiente bem pensado, bem mobiliado, cama excelente. Quarto silencioso. Oferece tudo para se sentir como em casa. Localização bem central, bem fácil de chegar ao Parque das Águas.

Boa localização, mas não tem estacionamento.
7.0Apartamento antigo, mas bem conservado.
− O apartamento não toma sol, fica muito frio o tempo todo. Não tem estacionamento e não é fácil achar vaga em frente ao prédio. Teve dia que parei a duas quadras de distância.
