5.0Номер в якому ми поселились, був маленький, але для нас на одну ніч було нормально. Працівник який мене поселяв, був усміхнений та привітний. В номері було все для приготування чаю та кави, базовий набір посуду.
− Забронювала та повністю оплатила проживання через Booking. Після підтвердження бронювання не отримала жодних інструкцій щодо заселення: ні способу входу, ні кодів від дверей, ні інформації про рецепцію, ні контактів для зв’язку. Заздалегідь написала через Booking із запитанням про можливість залишити багаж раніше (у готелі заявлена камера схову). На повідомлення ніхто не відповів. Після прибуття не змогла потрапити до готелю. На дзвінки через домофон ніхто не відповідав. Пропонують телефонувати на місцевий номер. Лише завдяки знайомим із польським номером вдалося отримати коди від дверей і камери схову. У визначений час заселення рецепція також була зачинена. Вона знаходиться на четвертому поверсі, але про це ніде не повідомлено, тому знайти її самостійно важко. Найбільше розчарувала повна відсутність комунікації з боку готелю. Якщо ви приїжджаєте без місцевої SIM-карти, будьте готові до серйозних труднощів із заселенням. Ще один важливий момент: рецепція не працює цілодобово. Якби я приїхала ввечері або була без можливості зв’язатися з людьми, які мають місцевий номер телефону, я просто незнала б, що робити і як потрапити до готелю. Вважаю, що така інформація має бути чітко зазначена заздалегідь, а гостям повинні надсилатися інструкції щодо заселення до їхнього приїзду. − Att det var alldeles för varmt och dålig ventilation. De skulle haft fler fläktar eller AC.

6.0Lokalizacja super, przestronny pokój stylowo umeblowany.
− Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia, zepsuta deska sedesowa. Brak klimatyzacji w upalny dzień nie do wytrzymania. W pokoju był wiatrak ale niestety nie dawał rady.
