Schönes Appartementhaus mit Potential
7.0Die Ausstattung in den Appartements war gut, eine Filterkaffeemaschine und ein Toaster wären gut. Personal war sehr freundlich. Sauna und Schwimmbad war eine angenehme Abwechslung.
− Unser Appartement war über dem Restaurant, dass war uns zu unruhig. Wir hatten extra ein ruhiges Appartement gewünscht. Handtuchwechsel sollte nach 3 bis 4 Tagen Standard sein, so wie es eigentlich üblich ist und auch laut Gesundheitsämtern empfohlen wird. Möchte man neue, müssen diese bezahlt werden. Laute Telefonate im Saunabereich und tobende Kinder im Pool waren nicht so angenehm. Außerdem fehlte eine SB Waschmaschine. Bei der Anzahl an Appartments wäre es sinnvoll, zumal viele Sportler, Wanderer und Familien mit Kindern dort wohnen. Uns fehlte auch ein kleiner Willkommensgruss wie wir ihn aus Österreich sonst gewohnt waren Vielleicht ein kleiner süßer Gruß oder für den Start ein paar Kaffeekapseln. Das erfreut den Gast und ist ein wirksames Mittel zur Kundenbindung.
