A great place for a overnight wait for our cruise.
8.0Wonderfully decorated, rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The host did her utmost to please guests. Checkin/out was very efficient. The breakfast was continental, cafe’s in close proximity for bigger eaters.
− There was no real characteristic I would say I didnt like. If I had to pick it would be the heat in the courtyard could be offset with outdoor fan and the bathroom was in need of an update, by no means an inconvenience.

7.0Kind staff. Large room with nice finishings. Good air conditioning. Good location. I very much appreciated the courtesy kit which included a toothbrush.
− The photos and the "De Luxe" in the name set expectations that were not quite met. The mattress seemed rather old and could benefit from being replaced. Breakfast was adequate but somewhat underwhelming, with room for improvement.

10.0Отличные апартаменты в самом центре города. Просторные, прекрасно декорированные, учтены все мелочи необходимы путешественнику. Словно это не гостиница, а ты приехал к себе домой. Очень комфортные кровати, прекрасное белье. Завтрак обильный разнообразный. Особо хочется отметить приветливую хозяйку Юлию и стерильную чистоту. Парковка в 2 минутах от апартамента.

10.0Nothing but praise for the location, the rooms, the staff (so friendly and helpful). Rooms were a great size and well decorated/equipped. Fair to say one of the apartments would not be out of place in Vegas. So much space!

10.0O Martins Residence é um "palazzo" do século XVII administrado pela herdeira, Júlia. A localização e o tamanho do quartos são um diferencial. O café da manhã é um charme. Louças de porcelana, geleias em porções individuais, pães, frios , tudo em porções pequenas que eram repostas com frequência. a acomodação possui kit de higiene completo, escovas de dente, creme dental, barbeador, etc. A atenção da Júlia ao nos receber antes do horário e guardar nossa bagagem foi excepcional.
− Foi tudo perfeito. Apenas o cancelamento repentino mas que acredito ter sido culpa da booking que agora tem a "mania" de confirmar a reserva antes quando a mesma já está garantida pelo cartão de crédito há meses. Estava em alto mal, num navio sem internet quando minha reserva caiu e tive que reservar novamente pagando mais caro.
