9.0Fantastic air bnb apartment with elegant furnishings and all the required amenities for a long term stay. We had a balcony with park view but also had sea views and the building was surrounded by restaurants.
− Only concern is a key is needed to get out of the apartment and a key is needed to open the door to stairs. Although nice to have such a secure room it could be a problem in case of emergency such as a fire.

Perfect location. Great amenities. Could use an update.
8.0Perfect location. Perfect views. Comfortable. Balcony access for evening breezes. Building residents were absolutely lovely.
− The shower head absolutely needs replacing. Really brings a quality stay down. Could do with a bit of modernising of carpet & drapery. Highly recommend taking your own toilet paper.

− Broken fixtures. No blind in lounge room. Broken dishwasher. Toilet seat would not stay up, however there were two toilets.

− Check-in process was a bit ‘clunky’ and the only elevator failed for part-day during our stay (a long walk up the stairs).
