Great facilities, staff, location. It feels like a small piece of home far away from home.
10.0Check-in is extremely smooth. The staff is attentive, quick to reply, and flexible. The rooms are very comfortable, and have all the basics. Good location if you want to be near the Taquaral lagoon.

10.0O quarto quádruplo é de bom tamanho c/ uma Mini cozinha! Roupa de cama e banho novas. Camas confortáveis. Localização boa. Voltaria a me hospedar c/ minha família!
− O estacionamento deveria estar incluído no valor da estadia e não ser cobrado por fora. Deixei meu carro na garagem de um sobrinho que reside a uns 30 metros do K Residence! No banheiro deveria ter ducha higiênica (minha esposa e minha filha sentiram falta) e no box de banho faltou uma prateleira para colocar shampoo e sabonete, embora haja um dispenser com sabonete líquido/shampoo oferecido pela propriedade!
