10.0Ausserordentlich schönes, modernes und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Der Besitzer ist mit hoher Professionalität und Engagement dabei. Toller Pool, grosszügige Zimmer mit Balkon und phantastischer Sicht.
− Das Bad hätte ich mir etwas grösser gewünscht.

− ארוחת הבוקר מאוד טעימה אך מאוד מאוד מצומצמת, המארח כאילו מופתע ממספר האורחים ולא מוכן עם כמויות של האוכל. מרגיש קצת קמצני בטח ביחס למחיר.

6.0זאת לא ביקורת קלה עבורי שכן אני מבין שכל שאכתוב משפיע על פרנסתו של הבעלים. החדרים, הבריכה והחוף הפרטי מעולים. אין מילה אחת לא טובה. הבעיה היא בגישה של הבעלים שמביאה בסופו של דבר לתמורה לא טובה בעבור הכסף ששולם. העלות ללילה היא כמעט 300 יורו, מדובר בעלות גבוהה הדומה למה ששלמנו בריזורט 5 כוכבים כגון nikki beach. בעלות שכזו הצפיה היא גם לקבל שרות בהתאם ולא פיקוח קמצני על כמות האוכל המגבות או נייר הטואלט. ארוחת הבוקר - מוגשת רק בן 9 ל 10. הגענו ב 0920 והמזנון היה פשוט ריק. לא רק שהמבחר. היה דל מלכתחילה (ללא גבינות ללא נקניקים לדוגמא) גם לא מולא עבורינו. הוגש שם בורקס עם תרד שנחתך לחתיכות קטנטנות, היו בדיוק שתי ביצים קשות ונותרה חצי עגבניה וחצי מלפפון. כשפניתי אליהם למילוי התגובה היתה - זה לא מספיק לך?. רק אחרי שהיתי נחרץ והצבעתי גם על צלחת הפירות הריקה ועל כך שמגיעים עוד אנשים ואין מה לאכל הביאו עוד ירקות ופירות. שרות חדרים - הכל רק עפ דרישה. כשבאנו היה גליל נייר טואלט שלם ואחד משומש. האם מצופה ממני לבקש גליל נוסף עם צריכה? רכשנו מכספנו 8 גלילים לכל השהות. מגבות לא הוחלפו יזום אפילו פעם אחת כולל מגבות של הבריכה. ברור שאם תבקש יחליפו אבל למי נעים לבקש מהבעלים משהו? כביסה- כשהגענו שאלנו האם יש מכונת כביסה לשרות האורחים. הבעלים ענה במעין תשובה של אפשר לעשות לכם טובה אבל בפועל פעמים שבקשתי הוא דחה אותנו באמירות שונות ולא יזם את הפעולה. בספר הנהלים הקשוח שנמצא בחדר בפרוש כתוב שניתן לבקש לעשות כביסה. לבקש אפשר אבל האם תקבלו? ויש עוד סימנים רבים שמצביעים על חסכנות מתר כגון בקבוק מים שאינו חד פעמי הממתין לכם בחדר מי יודע ממתי.....מפתח אחד בכדי שלא תשאירו את השני בחשמל והמזגן לא יעבוד סתם וכו וכו. בקיצור חבל. המקום מדהים אבל הבעלים נדרש לעשות שינוי תפיסתי ולהבין שאורח שמגיע לנופש רוצה להרגיש שמטפלים בו ברוחב לב ולא סופרים לו את הזיתים שאכל בארוחת הבוקר. הלוואי ויעשה שינוי. סליחה יאצק אבל גם לאחר ששוחחנו על הנושא ממש לקראת הצק אוט שלנו ראיתי שלא הפנמת את הדברים ובאת אלינו בריצה לאוטו לוודא שלא לקחנו בטעות את מפתח הכניסה לחדר.....במקום זה יכלת לבוא עם שתי פחיות קולה: -) אז הייתי מבין שהפנמת.

10.0Einfach alles ! Die Location, die Lage, das Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters , es war einfach alles top ! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
