No accommodation, no refund — they took €272 and offered only inferior substitutes.
1.0The apartment advertised on Booking.com looked ideal for our family, with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a terrace. Unfortunately, we were never provided with it, so there was no actual stay and nothing else to appreciate.
− We booked and paid €272 for a two-bedroom apartment for two adults and two children. While we were already driving there from another city in Sicily, the property contacted us via WhatsApp and tried to replace it with clearly inferior options: first, a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, and then two separate units that would split the parents and children. We repeatedly asked for the apartment we had actually booked, but it was never offered to us. The property then confirmed that the reservation was being cancelled. We received no accommodation whatsoever, yet they kept the full €272 and have still not refunded it. We were forced to urgently book another place at a higher price while already on the road. In my experience, this was a classic bait-and-switch: advertise an attractive apartment, take the payment, offer substantially worse alternatives and then keep the money when the guest refuses them. I strongly advise other travellers not to risk booking here.

Excellent hotel right near the beach
10.0Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Their English is far better than my Italian :) The bed was comfy and it had a nice little kitchen area with a washing machine. We were not there long but the location is terrific. Nice balcony with sea view!
