Bis auf diese oben genannten Kleinigkeiten war alles ganz ok.
8.0Die Lage und das Quatier war wie erwartet,kann man weirt empfehlen
− Fernsehgerät ging nicht, nach Kkomunikation mit ener netten Dame am Telefon tat sich aber auch nichts getan. wir haben uns selbst geholfen das Kabel war aus dem Stecker gerissen man konnte es notdürftig wieder reparieren. In der Kaffeemaschine fehlte ein Einsatz, man konnte sich keinen Kaffee kochen.

4.0Ruim opgezet. Mooi uitzicht
− Veel kapot, minimaal keukengerei, sauna in appartement complex stuk maar ook inbind eigen appartement, beamer deed het niet geen enkel uitleg over hoe bv de oven werkt, kleine koelkast met n vriesvakje. Daarbij kwam dat na melding van defecten we als reactie kregen €23,35 terug te krijgen als compensatie. Ik dacht serieus dit is n grap. Vervolgens moesten we ipv 1030 uit checken al 845 eruit. De technische dienst kwam. Uiteraard niet gedaan. Het werd niet gevraagd of zou u ons willen helpen etc. Nee u moet eruit. Serieus schandalig. Ik ben er niet eerder uitgegaan en krijg uiteindelijk excuses voor de communicatie. Kom ik terug, nou na n verbouwing van de keuken waar iedere deur stuk was en ander personeel

7.0− Wir waren früher schon einmal da, als es noch eine echte Rezeption gab. Heute ist es ja nicht mehr so. Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die fehlende Rezeption und das fehlende Personal merkt man an allen Ecken und Enden. Oftmals sind es nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber das Gesamtbild trügen. Beispielsweise war das Dampfbad geschlossen. Der kinderbereich war geschlossen und auch die recyclingstation mit skilager waren geschlossen. Es hat nicht ausgesehen, wie wenn dies nur temporär werde, sondern schon länger geschlossen ist. Auch war beispielsweise das Geschirr nicht sauber. Im Bad hat es teilweise sehr nach Kloake gerochen und im Saunabereich gab es nur leeres Duschgel. Man sollte sich überlegen, ob der Schritt alles von Remote zu managen der richtige ist oder ob man wieder mehr in Richtung Qualität gehen sollte. Denn eigentlich ist die Unterkunft sehr schön.

9.0Het appartement was prima. Bedden waren goed.De faciliteiten waren uitgebreid. Een hele mooie ontvangstruimte.
