− На второй день заклинило дверь в спальне. Не работал свет над плитой. Я позвонила по моб телефону на ресепнш. Менеджер разговаривал грубо, не понимал, что надо делать и просил 3 раза перезвонить. Дверь пришли чинить только утром, ночью мы ходили через террасу в спальню) Странный менеджмент - ресепшн за 3 дня ни разу не видела открытым. Надо звонить по моб с международного номера.

10.0Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollen Pools, sehr sauber und geräumig. Besonders gut haben uns die Kängurus in der Anlage gefallen.
− Es fehlten ein paar Küchenutensilien (nicht ausreichend Besteck usw.)

8.0Lagoon pool was awesome for our daughter, all be it a little chilly. Bbq, tennis court, library and lap pool were really close to our apartment which was great. Good size apartment for our family and wallabies were cute!
− The ants weren’t so nice, but soon sorted that out. Only supplied a couple of dishwashing powder and liquid sachets as well as clothes washing powder for an 8 day stay. The tea towel was terrible!
Fantastic location, great lagoon swimming pool and reliable, professional hosts. Look forward to staying again.

Wintery beach stay
9.0At the 1st floor with own dedicated car park. Spacious 2 bedrooms with one en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The other bathroom is with a bathtub. The patio with seating overlooks the swimming pool that is like a lagoon. Next to nature reserve we had visitors and 10mins walk to a lovely beach. The dining room and living room is comfortable for 4 pax. The kitchen is sufficient.
− The lightings are dim. The fans control are not consistent. The kitchen utensils are short for 4 pax - the management was able to supply more when requested.
