− Hygiëne en slecht onderhouden gebouw en zwembad. Slechte oude ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Terras sfeerloos. Dit was eenmalig voor ons.
Zeer matig vanwege hygiene.
4.0De locatie was prettig, dicht in de buurt een gratis parkeerplek. Ruimtelijk appartement.
− Hygiene was slecht. Leek wel schimmel in de badkamer. De geur was continu rioolachtig, slechte afzuiging. Dekens die gebruikt moesten worden waren waarschijnlijk al een jaar niet gewassen, waardoor allergieën getriggerd werden.

− keuken inventaris was nogal sober. Geen koffiezet apparaat, weinigen kleine pannen staat van onderhoud keuken matig. Renovatie is nodig
