The property is located in a protected ecological park. Community services aren't available. They organize their own watersystem that isn't drinkable. The electricity system depends on the weather services and can be sometimes a critical problem in a ecological park.

The Access to our Guest-House can sometimes give an aditionnal cost because of the water-tide, fallen trees into the river, a busboat-strike. This extra charge/cost is for the guest and indiscutable. It can't be a reason for cancelación of the reservation. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
