I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone unless I disliked them.

Nothing at all did I like I have never stayed in a place like this since my life began except in the bush in the army.

Everything, there was nothing to like, really terrible and one of the worst things was the shower with no water pressure and it took me 40 minutes to shower each day and like everything else the shower was disgusting and the whole place needed to be knocked down and rebuilt properly. Very ridiculous. Continual barking of the dogs. The place is worse than a dump. I told the owner that this was not what I had seen in the pictures and I was about to walk out when I arrived but decided to whether the storm as I was only sleeping there. The owner knew that the place was a dump and definitely not worth more than $60 a night if you were absolutely desperate with nowhere else to stay.

We slept okay, we were pleased to be absent all day, due to the dog barking next door.

location

Operating the entry slide fly and glass door was difficult. The whole unit was a patch-work quilt of poor fittings; the light switches were a mixed bag - hard to figure where they were, and the cupboard above the dishwasher was at a dangerous height for one's head. During the night we slept okay, but from about 6.30am the neighbour's dog was incessantly barking. The cleanliness was simply average. We paid $720 for 5 nights, ie. $144 / night. It was not worth $100. Worst of all - the owners would not let us know where in the street the unit was; we arrived in the street at 2pm, but the owner was away, and replied to a text request about 20-mins after a request, saying the cleaner was getting it ready - which I think may have been young family members. The owner said she would call me when it was ready. At 3pm I again sent a text asking what is going on? Again, it took perhaps 15-20 minutes for a response saying it was now ready - and she then said it was No.56. When we got there it was not obvious where the unit was. Eventually I knocked on the house door, where a young family member pointed it out., Overall, a good location that suited us - but the facility was very poor.

Great value and super comfy bed

This is a great location, handy to main roads in every direction. The converted garage was a simple room, with beautiful wallpaper, and all I needed, with a functional kitchen, bathroom, and the comfiest bed. The salt lamp was a nice night light and wardrobes appreciated. The green backyard was relaxing in the mornings. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The grout and sink in bathroom could do with a freshen up. I'd swap the sink out completely with a much smaller one to make more room to stand. I almost bought you a new electric frypan.
