− Le bruit sur la rue alors que j'avais demandé une chambre calme, c'est dommage. Une bouilloire avec quelques dosettes de café et de thé aurait été un plus ! L'absence de renseignement à l'arrivée, d'un key code ! Ca surprend !

10.0The rooms were meticulously prepared for us. Even the candy gifts were very thoughtful. Communication with Karin was also wonderful. I felt incredibly peaceful in this hotel...
