2.0Hotel was closed when I arrived. Electrical issues. I had to find another hotel late at night. Prepaid for hotel through hotel.com. Neither Hotel,com or the property will refund my money, and I had trip protection through hotel.com. I will not be booking through hotel.com in the future. Terrible customer service and refuses to do the right thing by their customer.
