− Que me cancelaron la reserva y ni me avisaron a tiempo, casi llegando a Salento mi hija llamó para confirmar como llegar al sitio ya que ibamos en carro y nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que no teníamos habitación. Todas las demás opciones eran más costosas considerando que era plena temporada alta. La explicación de la persona que respondió fue que la culpa no era de ellos, que fue un error de booking quienes habian puesto a disponibilidad una habitación que estaba ocupada por alguien mas. La solucion: ponernos en contacto con hoteles y pagar un monto (independientemente del valor que encontraramos) porque segun ellos nos estaban haciendo un favor.
