1.0Mijn zus loopt slecht. Moesten 2x de trap op. Het aanmelden ging zeer moeizaam. Hij was niet behulpzaam. Er wordt nu gezegd: urine en rotzooi. Dat is pertinent niet waar. We hebben de kamer keurig achtergelaten. Vraagt nu € 400. Is die man nu helemaal. DIT KLOPT HELEMAAL NIET.
− De man hoe hij ons behandelde. Hij was onbeleefd.
