8.0Camere spaziose e pulite, personale estremamente gentile. Colazione semplice ma generosa. Il personale presente durante il nostro soggiorno non parlava inglese ma considerata l'epoca tecnologica in cui viviamo non è stato assolutamente un ostacolo. Vi abbiamo soggiornato in occasione della fiera del 4x4 di Bad Kissingen, raggiungibile con 20/25' di auto. Sicuramente torneremo.

7.0Das Personal war nett und unkompliziert, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Für zwei Nächte war es eine gute Unterkunft. Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend. Schönes großzügiges Zimmer mit allem was man braucht.
− Die Lage. An der Strasse, die sehr befahren war und vor allem nachts sind die großen Landwirtschaftsfahrzeuge gefahren. Da war mit Schlaf nicht viel. Hatten gehofft, das Restaurant wäre mehr fränkische Küche. Da waren wir enttäuscht, aber es gab genug Auswahl. Man musste allerdings direkt im Restaurant bezahlen und konnte es nicht aufs Zimmer schreiben. Ist eigentlich kein Problem, aber in der heutigen Zeit etwas rückständig. Personal sehr freundlich.

5.0Leider wurde man schon frühzeitig "rausgeschmissen" obwohl man gerne noch nach dem Essen länger gesessen hätte. Das Personal wollte zeitig Feierabend machen, da das Tagesgeschäft so anstrengend war. Für ein Familientreffen nicht ganz so geeignet.
− Die Zimmer waren schön groß. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Essen im Restaurant war lecker.
