Rimane una discreta soluzione tra posizione e prezzo (e qualità, appena sufficiente) valutato nel periodo di san firmino. Camera minimal ma funzionante, letti puliti, frigo e tv bene

− Responsabili ci hanno lasciato fuori per 1 ora e 30 ad aspettare che arrivassero a consegnarci le chiavi per entrare in camera.

One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, dirty, unhygienic, and not suitable to stay in.

Nothing. I left immediately after seeing the condition of the room and did not stay at the property.

− The room was in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. The bed linen was visibly stained, there were long hairs in the room and bathroom, the toilet was dirty, the shower area was extremely dirty, and there was a stain on the wall that appeared to be blood or mucus. Before entering the room, I was also asked to pay an additional pet supplement at check-in. I paid it, entered the room, and only then saw the condition of the accommodation. I left immediately because the room was not suitable to stay in. I contacted Booking.com, provided photos, and tried to resolve the issue properly. The property refunded the pet supplement, but not the accommodation payment. The property later claimed that I left because of the pet supplement, which is not accurate. I left because the room was dirty, unhygienic, and not fit to use. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I did not even sleep there, did not use the accommodation, and I would not recommend this property.

El personal muy amable y buen aparcamiento.

− Es una segunda planta sin ascensor, los baños son súper viejos, ruidosos, sobre todo la cisternilla. Había muchas cosas en la habitación que no cabian (una cama de más, una mesa) sin sitio para ello, todo arrinconado en la pared. Y en general estaba bastante sucio, tiene una silla que daba asco, de lo sucia que está, llena de manchas. Apenas teníamos papel higiénico y para ducharte solo pastillas de jabón. Falta de enchufes y luces auxiliares.

− La habitación está bastante descuidada , manchas en la ropa de cama , telarañas y arañas en los marcos de las ventanas . En ningún sitio especificaba que era un segundo sin ascensor y tengo problemas de movilidad, el aire acondicionado brillaba por su ausencia , un cuadrado de 10x10cm que apenas echaba aire para dos habitaciones, rodeada de ventanas y parecía un auténtico horno , el termómetro en el interior marcaba 33 grados. Un engaño
