8.0Fue un hotel para una noche a la que llegamos muy tarde por temas de aeropuertos, asi que para dormir algunas horas todo bien.
− Se notifico con tiempo que se iba a demorar la llegada e indicaron que OK todo, al llegar, estaba cerrado, nadie atendia los telefonos, llovia y se tuvo que esperar hasta media hora fuera bajo lluvia y cansancio, de no ser por otro hesped que nos dejo entrar al lobby. Una vez atendidas todo bien. pero fue complicado lograrlo ya en el sitio.
Gothic Quarter Stay
6.0The location is excellent in the Gothic Quarter with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It is a distance from the bus and metro, and walking from the airport bus stop to the accommodation is quite a task. But otherwise within 10-15 mins walk, there is access to public transport. The room was tiny but it was clean. It serves the purpose of sleeping. The staff were friendly.
− The shared bathroom was off putting. I know they cleaned it daily because I saw them doing so but there are basic fixes that could improve the experience. For example, there is a shower curtain - this is unhygienic and should be replaced with a glass barrier. There was one bath mat for everyone to use and it wasn’t changed daily - we should all be given our own but we were only provided a hand towel and bath towel. The tap looked filthy with grime as if never cleaned. The towels provided were old and breaking. The accommodation charges a lot and has kept everything very basic, but small updates don’t cost much but will improve the experience.
