− Nuestra experiencia fue bastante mediocre. Reservamos una habitación donde claramente ponía una cama doble y una individual, para nuestra sorpresa la habitación solo constaba de una cama doble. Hablamos con ellos en diferentes ocasiones. Primero nos dijeron que si, que nos ponían otra cama, cosa que no ocurrió nunca. Después nos dijeron que lo lamentaban mucho y nos lo compensarían de alguna manera y finalmente, nos dijeron que se negaban a compensarnos nada y que habláramos con booking. Efectivamente, booking nos dio la razón y nos ha compensado. Además, me gustaría mencionar que después del servicio de limpieza la habitación quedó abierta, tuvimos que pedir toallas y papel higiénico, de tres interruptores funcionaban dos, entraba aire por la ventana, la cisterna hace un ruido descomunal y en general poca insonorización. Las veces que hablamos con el equipo se mostraban comprensibles con nosotras pero la realidad es que el servicio no estuvo a la altura. Entiendo que puede haber errores pero en este caso la reserva estaba bastante clara y era tan sencillo como admitir el error.
