10.0Facilities,location and staff were all great.Cleaning of your room every day if you wanted them to,there was a communal area which was great,had tea,coffee and biscuits in a kitchen area also coffee pods and seating.There was everything you need in your room,tea,coffee,biscuits and bottles of water.Resllt good place to stay
