9.0Great location close to the beach! The room was very clean and kept clean throughout the remainder of our stay. Staff were also great when communicating with how to check in and out.
− Walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking doors slamming which can be annoying late at night but it didn’t bother us too much most of the time it was quiet.

2.0La struttura è situata in pieno centro a santa eularia , a pochi passi dal mare e da tutte le principali attrazioni. Il personale (quando reperibile ) è gentile
− La struttura non è dotata di reception per cui quando si ha necessità di qualcosa é difficile avere supporto. Le camere non sono dotate di frigorifero e tantomeno di distributori automatici per cui se si ha sete di notte è un problema. Per 3 giorni su 5 non abbiamo avuto l’acqua calda e la struttura ha iniziato a dare peso alla richiesta solo dopo che ho contattato la assistenza di Booking . L’armadio è minimal, dispone di sole 5 stampelle . Non c’è una area dove stendere i vestiti ad asciugare . L arredamento è datato ma accettabile.

− Ik was niet voorbereid op het online inchecken, zelfs voor 20.00 uur, en ik was daar niet over geïnformeerd. De link die ik op het laatste moment kreeg werkte ook niet. Dat gaf irritatie.
