10.0Ken and Cindy have done a wonderful job looking after us for our stay. The guest house is comfortable, quiet and a very relaxing place to call a home from home. The breakfasts have been excellent and have always set us up for a positive start to the day. We highly recommend Denehurst Guest House to anyone looking for a place to stay in Windermere.
A truly memorable stay
10.0We had a wonderful stay at Denehurst Guest House and would happily return. Ken and Cindy were consummate hosts. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the very beginning. Their hospitality went far beyond simply providing accommodation. Ken took the time to help us get to know the Lake District, recommended wonderful places to visit, and made us feel completely at home. Their warmth and generosity became a memorable part of our trip. The house was spotlessly clean, and our room was cosy and very comfortable. We especially loved the traditional English décor throughout both the bedroom and the reception area. The house has a charming, homely atmosphere that made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was an excellent variety of choices, with something to suit everyone. The location is another major advantage. It is perfectly situated between Windermere and Bowness, making it easy to walk to both towns while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

A Warm Welcome in Windermere
10.0Ken and Cindy were consummate hosts. They were extremely friendly and helpful and welcomed us with true warmth when we first arrived at the property. The breakfasts were plentiful and top notch and the B &B was very well appointed . The neighbourhood was also extremely charming and salubrious as well as being quite close to the centre of Windermere. Everything about our stay was perfect and we look forward to returning to the Denehurst Guest House again in the near future. We cannot recommend this accommodation enough.
