The location is perfect. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The building is quiet and you can rest unbothered.

Compassion is needed but look at who you are before you book

The staff members are very nice and polite. They have compassion for me and went out of their way to make my life easier. That said, to book a stay here depends on who you are. If you experienced third world travel, used common pit toilets on adventure tours where showers are absent, then your eyes would see this place differently than the normal comfort driven traveler. You probably looked at this place as being centrally located near everything nice to explore at bazaar prices in Marrocco. This is one of the best features of the hotel. However, most of the reviews ravage this place and I can attest to their validity. But from what I see, the owners are from the third world background, and their sense of comfort is different from what normal travelers would want. Being from that part of the world, they are very compassionate to clients. When my wife raged at me for booking this place behind closed doors for two days, the staff member heard our arguments about the room. My life was absolutely miserable against my wife's onslaught. She would not accept moving to another hotel because we paid for this one already. There was no way out in her world of logic. On the day she stormed out of the hotel and left me behind, I approach the management with my solution. That was to change rooms and pay for an upgrade. They understood my dilemma and we got a much better room. A room that looked closer to the pictures posted on Booking.com. With that, the remaining 4 nights in Barcelona went without me taking off my hearing aids. You have to understand that my wife is comfortable staying at campsites with common showers and bathrooms. She has slept in uncomfortable beds etc. So, for her to rage means a lot. I have been on treks in third world countries. I can tolerate a lot, but I cannot force my wife to accept what I did earlier in my life. Our vision of travel is different but that does not mean we should judge others for how they live.

Ubicación

− Trato raro, ver al personal durmiendo en su cama separado por una cortina, no poder tirar el papel higiénico en el váter, cada vez que tiraba de la cadena o usaba la ducha la instalación hacía un ruido terrible, ni champú ni gel en el baño, la tele no funcionaba y estaba en otro idioma, las escaleras y el edificio por dentro estaban en mal estado.

como para una o dos noches, lugar estrategico cerca de autobuces, metro

la ubicacion muy buena! limpio acogedor

− se tiene que ir hasta el 4to piso a la recepcion con las valijas y despues coger el ascensor
