£3,100 for mice, cold water, neglected cleaning and ignored complaints. Never again.

Leaving at the end of the stay.

− I paid approximately £3,100 for a 30-night stay, and the experience was appalling. I saw mice in my room and reported this to the property. My message went unanswered for days. Finding mice where you sleep is bad enough; having your report ignored makes it even worse. The room went approximately 2 weeks without cleaning despite repeated requests. When someone eventually attended, the bedding was changed, but dust remained throughout the room. Having to repeatedly chase basic hygiene during a stay at this price is unacceptable. There were also problems with cold water, unreliable Wi-Fi and no wardrobe for a month-long stay. These issues made everyday living unnecessarily uncomfortable. Communication and complaint handling were dreadful. I repeatedly had to chase responses, and the promised contact from management did not materialise when expected. I eventually escalated the situation to Booking.com. I also found another guest’s review reporting cockroaches in their room, accompanied by a photograph. I did not personally see cockroaches, but seeing that review after my own experience with mice was deeply concerning. For approximately £3,100, I expected a clean, properly maintained room and responsive management. Instead, I spent part of my first month in London chasing cleaning and trying to get serious complaints acknowledged. Easily one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it. I reported this hotel to the council as it is unacceptable for this hotel to exist.

Esta bien ubicado, pero hay mucho ruido y a veces llegar puede ser dificil porque no hay nadie que te guie, todo es por mensaje.

房间内部设施跟照片基本一样，公区有免费咖啡和茶水。周边交通还比较方便，餐饮购物都还算方便。

− 楼下有酒吧，晚上营业比较迟，晚上会有点吵，睡觉困难的话要慎重。没有任何前台人员帮助，仅楼下酒吧有一个老年妇女用英语沟通，会帮你一下，行李也可以暂时寄存在酒吧。会有200块钱的押金选择，或直接缴纳30块钱额外费用就不用押金，这里不清楚的人可能会有点选择困难，既不想付200英镑，也不想额外交30块英镑，其实这里200英镑以预授权，离店以后1-2天会退回的，初次接触的人可能会不太清楚。

The room was nice and comfortable,the location was good

− The staff are impossible to get a hold of, the number on the door was someone who had no idea of the building. The bathroom door stopped opening and I finally got a call back 4 hours later.
