10.0Мы прекрасно провели время в этом гостевом доме! Всё было просто замечательно. Очень чисто, уютно и по-домашнему комфортно. Отдельную благодарность хочется выразить хозяину. Он искренне заботился о нас с самого приезда, всегда был на связи, помогал с любыми вопросами и всё отлично организовал. Благодаря его вниманию и гостеприимству мы чувствовали себя как дома. Спасибо за тёплый приём и прекрасный отдых! Обязательно вернёмся снова и с удовольствием будем рекомендовать этот гостевой дом всем, кто планирует поездку в Кутаиси.

1.0− Be sure to read the negative reviews before booking, especially those mentioning the male manager/owner. Unfortunately, our experience was similar. We booked a family room, but upon arrival we were told we would be given separate rooms instead. When we explained that this was not what we had booked, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to honor our reservation. Rather than resolving the issue, we were forced to cancel our booking. We have also submitted a formal complaint regarding our experience. Also, no private parking on site.
