1.0Dat de buren wel plek en rekening met ons hebben gehouden guesthouse Eka&Gio bedankt.
− Slechte communicatie en boeking niet nagekomen Wij hadden speciaal voor dit guesthouse gekozen vanwege de uitstekende reviews over het ontbijt en het uitzicht. Helaas hebben we hier niets van meegekregen. Bij aankomst bleek dat er helemaal geen plek voor ons was, ondanks onze bevestigde boeking. Pas toen ik zelf op locatie belde, werd er geregeld dat we terechtkonden bij het guesthouse aan de overkant. Het verloop daarna was erg teleurstellend: Nul communicatie: Op mijn bericht met de vraag wat er precies misging, is nooit gereageerd. Geen excuses: Er zijn vanuit het guesthouse geen verontschuldigingen aangeboden voor het ongemak. Zelf moeten oplossen: Het vervangende guesthouse wilde ons eerst een hoger tarief rekenen. Pas nadat we zelf de situatie hadden uitgelegd, hebben we (nagenoeg) de oorspronkelijke prijs betaald. Kortom: een zeer slechte service en een totale afwezigheid van verantwoordelijkheid vanuit de host.

10.0The staff were very friendly, though they had made a miscalculation regarding the room and were unable to provide it. Nevertheless, the host offered an alternative room and free breakfast.

9.0民宿很好找，就在镇上最大超市旁边，做巴士很方便。这么便宜价格还包括早餐。值了。房间也可以。
